DrivvaEX Logistics Courier Delivery ("Fast Delivery", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data processed through the Fast Delivery platform (website, mobile app, and API). Our registered office is at 14 Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.

2. Data We Collect

Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo.

Delivery Data: Pickup and delivery addresses, package descriptions, delivery preferences.

Payment Data: Payment method details are processed by our payment providers (Paystack, Stripe) and never stored on our servers.

Location Data: GPS coordinates when using the app for courier tracking (with your explicit consent).

Usage Data: Device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, interaction logs.

Communication Data: Chat conversations with Femi AI, support tickets, email correspondence.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Processing and fulfilling delivery orders
  • Providing real-time order tracking
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Customer support via Femi AI and human agents
  • Improving our services through analytics
  • Marketing communications (with consent)
  • Legal compliance and fraud prevention

4. Legal Basis

We process your data under the following legal bases: contractual necessity (fulfilling delivery orders), legitimate interest (platform improvement, security), consent (marketing, cookies, location data), and legal obligation (tax records, regulatory compliance).

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 2 years. Order data is retained for 7 years (Nigerian tax regulations). Chat data is retained for 1 year. You may request deletion at any time.

  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Portability: Export your data in CSV/JSON format from your dashboard
