1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fast Delivery platform (website, mobile application, and API), operated by DrivvaEX Logistics Courier Delivery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Fast Delivery provides on-demand courier and logistics services connecting senders with verified delivery couriers. We facilitate package pickup, transportation, and delivery within our service areas (currently Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, Nigeria). We are a technology platform — couriers are independent contractors, not employees of Fast Delivery.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. One person may only maintain one account.
4. Prohibited Items
You may not send: illegal substances, weapons or ammunition, hazardous materials, live animals, currency or bearer instruments, items exceeding 50kg without prior arrangement, or any item prohibited by Nigerian law. Fast Delivery reserves the right to refuse or abandon delivery of prohibited items.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are calculated at the time of booking based on distance, weight, delivery speed, and applicable surcharges. Surge pricing may apply during peak hours and holidays. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed securely via our payment partners (Paystack for Nigerian cards, Stripe for international).
6. Liability
Fast Delivery's liability for damaged or lost packages is limited to the declared value of the package or ₦50,000, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased at the time of booking. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before courier assignment. After courier assignment: 50% cancellation fee applies. After pickup: no refund available. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
